Avoid contact with seawater, swimming pool, perfume, cosmetics, detergent, chemicals, moisture, excessive sweat or other abrasive products. After use, gently wipe the parts with a soft cloth.

Store parts separately.

• 18k Gold Plated or White Rhodium Plated Letters Charm.

• Studded with crystal zirconia stones.

 

Note: All our jewels are antiallergic, nickel free and three-months warranty for the plated if you follow all the instructions about “ How to take care “ of the jewels.
We send with all orders a card that explains everything and the same instructions you can read here below 👇🏻:

- The warranty does not cover jewelry on sale,  jewelry with broken parts, loss of stones or any kind of misuse.

- Exchange Policy: 7 days to exchange after you receive your order. The jewelry must be returned to us in perfect condition and with the original package. No exchange for jewelry on sale or damaged.

- Exception Exchange Months:

February: 15 days to exchange

March: 15 days to exchange

December: 30 days to exchange

Beautiful products and Great Customers Service!

This was my first time ever seeing or hearing of this store. I don’t get out much to the Mall anymore. But! I was so glad to have walked up on this store. After just having a disappointing encounter with another store vendor, who I have just purchased a rather expensive gold chain that broke which in a few hours, and they would not allow me to exchange the item, but suggested to me that they would send it out to be prepared in a couple’s weeks. I left there very disappointed.
But I stop at your store and was greeted with a smile and great hospitality. The young lady was very knowledgeable about the products, and made suggestions that was very helpful. A matter of fact, she created the design a bracelet I had been Wanting. I also find a replacement chain for a family heirloom I have received after my Aunt died, a year ago.
Thank you for making my day special, that day! And specially thank you for the beautiful chain that goes well with my heart & cross pendant. Keep up the good work!
