Exchange Policy: 7 days to exchange after you receive your order. The jewelry must be returned to us in perfect condition and with the original package. No exchange for jewelry on sale or damaged

You will receive a credit for the original amount paid, less shipping charges and discounts, except in the case of incorrect shipping.

Returned item must be unworn with shipping label attached in its original packaging or carrier packaging.

If you would like to exchange an order that included a gift with your purchase, please be sure to include this item in your return or your credit will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

Website orders can be exchanged at UNIQUE BRAZILIAN JEWELRY's own stores for merchandise or store credit.

Please note that clearance items and custom engraved items are not eligible for returns.
